1. Cooling-Off Period
Please note that online shopping and distance sales are not subject to the cooling-off system (unconditional cancellation). Therefore, the cooling-off period stipulated under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply to purchases made from Safe GPL Plus.
2. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, which is made available for immediate download upon purchase, there is no “trial” or “grace” period. All sales are final, and we generally do not accept refunds or cancellations. Once an item has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned.”
Refunds will only be granted under exceptional circumstances, and only where the following conditions are met. In such cases, a refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Eligible Cases for Refunds
Refunds (whether the item is defective or not) will be accepted under the following conditions, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase:

If the product has not been used and has not been downloaded: a full refund will be issued unconditionally.

If the same item was mistakenly purchased more than once: we will refund the duplicate purchase(s), regardless of product condition.

If the product is defective and cannot be installed.

If the product description was inaccurate, even if the product itself is not defective. (Examples include: the version provided differs from what was stated on the product page, or the product requires a license key/activation that was not clearly disclosed.)
Cases Not Eligible for Refunds
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

If any part of the product can be used (e.g., access to even one “Pro” feature, regardless of licensing requirements).

If license requirements or conditions were clearly disclosed on the product page.
3. Returns
As these are digital goods, physical returns are not required. If a refund is approved, your download access for the relevant item will be revoked immediately.
By receiving a refund, you agree not to use, distribute, or reproduce the product files even if you had previously downloaded them.
